Stories of pain and loss
The two activities in this unit use the context of workplace OHS to develop an understanding of the structure of different text types – narratives and newspaper reports – and to use this knowledge to write these type of texts.
In Activity 1 students work in small groups to write a story and/or a newspaper report. This scaffolds students to undertake Activity 2 where they are asked to individually a write story and/or newspaper report.
