Acting out

Acting out is a unit that contains 2 activities.  Acting, whether it’s watching others or taking part in it, can be an effective way to address difficult situations and ideas.

Activity 1 uses a television comedy set in an office as the basis for an exploration of ways to handle a bullying situation. Activity 2 is a structured drama exercise that enables participants to share experiences and keep a level of anonymity.
